You know when the concurrent position was announced for Sae, the Budokan rang out in cheers of “Welcome home, Sae-chan”. Everyone just shouted her welcome like she’s our oshimen. It probably just sounded like cheers in Youtube but right there at the concert hall, everyone was shouting welcome home.
Of course, we know she’s probably not thrilled to be back so fast because she (and Mariyannu) had not done a lot of work as SNH48 as compared to the girls in JKT48, but a lot of stuffs aren’t in their hands to decide, like the working visas because of the whole Japan-China island conflicts or w/e reasons.
But still, it’s an amazing feeling to have her and Mariyannu back at home base. I cried when Akicha, Saechan and Mariyannu’s concurrent positions were announced. Shouted welcome home together with the other Japanese wotas and just felt somewhat… genuinely thankful and glad.
They had done amazingly in JKT48 and SNH48 as seniors, as mentors. And they will continue to shine even more in their concurrent positions in AKB48 and JKT48/SNH48.
