Am watching Team A in Fukuoka while working and all of a sudden I’m filled with feels when they sang Pioneer.
Damn, I really love my Takahashi Team A.
And 1st gen. And ori A.
And how the Team A is like a mixture of very splendid members that have very strong personalities but yet are able to blend with each other to portray a very powerful A.
And then I thought of my love for Team K and how ori K, Akimoto K and Oshima K are filled with strong, amazing individuals that could stand on their own and wow everyone…
And then, the Team B that somehow with all the changes, still didn’t really excite me but is filled with awesome members on their own every time, fitting the whole idol image…
And even, the Team 4 that was around only for a short while, each very promising individuals, that probably just lacked a little bit of time and luck.
And basically, AKB48.
How the whole group started, made it through the difficulties and are pretty much the most amazing jpop girl group to me right now. Despite how everyone thinks they are making use of the sister groups to push sales (which the management is anyway), the members in AKB48 themselves are pretty much crazily fabulous and how much more I love AKB48 as compared to every other sister groups out there, basically because they appealed to me more.
I’m such an AKB48 person. I love the sister groups (NMB48 stole my heart amongst them), but I don’t think I can move on to sister groups before 1st & 2nd gen totally graduate. I’m more attached to them as compared to other gens but well, we still have time.
Words can’t even describe my love for this group, AKB48.
Amazing work, AKB48.
And if anything, amazing work AKS and Aki-P.
